Whoop! Whoop!

Look who is starting a brand NEW JOURNEY!

I am celebrating you today.

Are you kidding me? I am celebrating you right this moment for taking such a brave step.

Not only that, for also choosing me to guide you in this very courageous step.

I have dedicated my time to make sure you don’t experience feelings of envy and jealousy from comparing yourself to others but those of joy and contentment.

Feelings of overwhelm from thinking there is so much to do to glee of ”Yes! I did it.”

And this is my short love letter to you.

First step to avoid feelings of overwhelm and comparison is by coming up with your WHY and creating your ideal target persona.

When you know WHOM you are writing for and WHY you have decided to start this new journey; you get to avoid feeling drunk and drowning in a desert of emptiness.

And no, this is not a process that should take you more than fifteen minutes. By now, you already have a clue as to why you are getting started. That calling in your soul that’s ringing in your ears right now, that’s your WHY. Start with that. Eventually, you will come to see it all made sense.

Next is coming up with your blog name and installing WordPress.

Why WordPress?

Because WordPress is the number one blogging platform today and it also has a wide range of contributors worldwide. You could never go wrong with WordPress.

Your WordPress dashboard crash guide is here for your viewing.

So now you have installed WordPress and installed your desired theme, what next?

You need to come up with a plan.

A plan that you solemnly vow to stick to.

For what keeps a blog growing is making sure you have consistency.

This is the point you decide if you will post an article, podcast or vlog once a week, twice a week, daily or even monthly.

While you grow your blog following, you need to find a way to keep in touch with your blog visitors.

Try and know them more and more each day.

  • Where else do they hang out online?
  • What books are they reading?
  • What are their current pain points that your blog addresses?

And you do this by asking.

And you can only ask if you have their contact details.

Finally, the other vital step that most people skip.

You need to monetize your blog, otherwise it is just your hobby.

I just felt your heart skip a beat. I am serious, you can start monetizing your blog from creating small products. And it is so easy, you will wonder why you did not think of it sooner.

That’s all.

Now I want to hear from you.
