If you are already logged in to a gmail account the message above will read “You are currently signed in as [your gmail account]”
If you don’t want to use this, then log out and follow the above link again.
If you already have an Adsense account with your chosen gmail account you will be required to log in. If you are account is yet to be verified you will not be able to access all the functionalities of your dashboard.
At this point you can decide to review your Adsense account or create a new one using the below steps.

Claim Website
First off, you will be required to claim your website. Duh! How obvious can that get.
Choose your preferred language.

Finally click “Save and Continue”

Contact information
This is the last step for now.
You need to provide Google Adsense with your personal contact information.
How should they contact you?
Towards the end, you can stipulate what kind of emails would you like to receive from Google Adsense.
You can always come back and change this. Once your account has been verified.

Finally click on “Submit my application”
Agree to Terms and Conditions
All this will be useless if you do not agree to terms and conditions for Google Adsense.

After you finalize creating your Adsense account, you will have to wait for Google Adsense to reach out to you. Usually takes about three to five days. But it can be more or less depending with the amount of traffic you receive at the moment.
Once they reach out to you, you will be required to insert an HTML code to your <head> tag. So as they can review your site. This also takes around three to five days. Or more or less. Depending with the amount of traffic you get.
Once you are verified, you can now host ads to your website.
